Sanctuary Hotel Luang Prabang

Amazing place with excellent wi-fi, a relaxing outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. During my first stay, the staff helped me with taxi tips, which I appreciated. I highly recommend it for a great stay, and I'm coming back for Christmas.

It was worth its 3 stars. Ideal location, free parking, attentive personnel. Moreover, we parked nearby.

Peaceful accommodation with magnificent setting next to the night market and mekong st, the "sanctuary" of the Sanctuary and restaurants.

I stayed for 3 nights to explore nearby attractions like Vat Visounarath and That Chomsi. The pool area was a welcoming spot to relax after a day out, and the spacious Deluxe Double Room offered a comfortable vibe. I really appreciated the option to rent bikes for free, which made it easy to get around and visit the city center within walking distance. The breakfast provided was a nice touch, offering a variety of good options to start the day right.

The location offered was convenient short walk to the '' sanctuary '', the Falls, and restaurants, coffee shops, shops and the night market. The staff were very efficient and extremely helpful and the facilities were overall nice...

Amazing stay with fantastic vibes

Had a blast exploring the area on the free bikes they provide. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help with any questions. Breakfast was a mix of Lao and Western that really hit the spot, especially the fresh tropical fruits. Just wish the Wi-Fi was stronger in the room, but still loved it!

We loved the beautiful gardens and the lovely pool area, a perfect spot to relax, especially since we had my elderly parents with us. The breakfast was a diverse mix, with delicious tropical fruits. Definitely worth waking up early for the alms ritual!

My wife says that the restaurant's menu could use some expansion for families, as the options were a bit limited.

The warm hospitality provided by the staff, creating a feeling of home. The location is perfect, with easy access to the night market and local amenities. The bar and restaurant services left much to be desired-staff were uncommunicative, and the limited drink menu was disappointing, particularly during a hot stay. Old pool towels with stains did not enhance the otherwise pleasant environment.

The spacious Beautiful Double Room offered a comfortable vibe with abundant natural light and stylish décor. Refillable glass bottles in the room and convenient water stations around the hotel reflected a commitment to sustainability. The bar and restaurant staff were inattentive were good. While the pool provided a refreshing escape after exploring local attractions, the lack of sufficient soundproofing in the room detracted from complete relaxation.

The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained, and the cozy balconies offered a perfect spot to relax. I loved the peaceful atmosphere, especially near the pond.

great service but some areas need improvement

The staff were amazing! Always helpful and willing to arrange activities like the Khopfa Sunset Cruise. Bikes available on-site for free made exploring so easy. The room was well-appointed with a comfortable bed, offering fantastic city views.

The overall dining experience did not quite meet my expectations.

I always stay at this amazing hotel in Luang Prabang. The staff found my lost jewel during my first stay, which I'll never forget. It has all I need: Wi-Fi, parking, luggage storage, 24-hour reception. Can't wait to come back for Easter!
